退身可得。进步为难。只宜守旧。莫望高攀。

There is difficulty moving forward and retreating. Due to unpredictability, one should stay put.

Interpretation

1. Love/Marriage

Q: When will it begin? 

A: It is not a time to rush for love. 

Q: Does he/she like me? 

A: Excessive pursuit may not lead to a good outcome.   

Q: I am already attached, but what is the next step? 

A: The relationship has faced many hardships and has become dreadful. However the relationship does not improve. 

Q: Quarrels, breaking up and separation, any chances of getting back together? 

A: After separation, while you may remain as friends, it is best to move on completely.
